Mission Impossible 1 - starring Deedeecus

OK. I will be totally sincere with you. I am fat.

Not fat fat but a little chubby you might say. This may not be clear enough: I am 1,69 m (5.5446 ft) height and 65kg (about 144 pounds). My maximum weight was 70 kg( aprox. 155 pounds).

I don’t really know the weight standards in the rest of the world (except the catwalks where the standard is “eating disorder“) but here, in Romania, I must say I am considered FAT in the true sense. I don’t care what people think (well maybe just a little ;) ).

The problem is I don’t feel good about myself. I can’t wear the clothes I want, I can’t buy the clothes I like (believe it or not it’s hard to find nice clothes and at regular prices when you wear a zise M/L) not to mention how I look in a swimming suit.

This being said I am officially announcing that I will start a campaign of healthy loosing weight. I’m gonna need all the support I can get because the truth is I love to eat. The target is

56kg (123.45 lb)

I’ll stop here for now with the info. But it is far far from the end.

You’ll really need some solid informations on this topic if you want to lose weight. I know this because I was working at my 6 pack abs and I read a lot, and experienced a lot before my abs show up.

You see… I started this blog to help me change my bubble (a.k.a. the world I live in): bad habits, health, look, ambition level :) etc.

Loosing weight is very important to me because I think that every person should, at some point in their lives, look their best. By “their best” I mean that point where you look yourself in the mirror and think:

“I’ve done everything I can to be happy about the way I look and now I AM HAPPY. I need to take a picture of me like this to show my future kids :)”

Time is hard on our outside look no matter what we do and, to me, this is something like watching the northern lights before I die : one moment in time :D

… and thank you for your feedback. I know I’m gonna need a lot of documentation to get to those before and after pictures. I’m willing…
